Hélène and Stéphane

Stéphane, originally from Lille, works for the regional railway network and is the father of two boys, Simon and Julian. Before moving to Domaine Daulone, he lived in Romans-sur-Isère.
Hélène is from Angers. After starting her career as a special-needs educator, she became an osteopath. She is the mother of three boys: Aurélien, Romain, and Marceau. Both share a love of outdoor activities – from hiking and cycling to running.

This project was born from the meeting of our life paths, our vision for the future, and our shared desire to create a place of welcome and connection in the heart of nature.

It was during cycling excursions that we discovered the beautiful region of Vaucluse. We came across Domaine Daulone at the foot of Mont Ventoux and instantly fell in love with this 18th-century estate, surrounded by majestic trees and its natural spring. More than just accommodation, Domaine Daulone is a place of experience, connection, and renewal.

After acquiring the estate in 2023, we personally took part in the renovation work alongside the team who worked full time on the project for a year and a half, and we now look after the maintenance of the park and the buildings.

Above all, this project is a collective and human adventure. Our children take part in it, our close circle supports us, and we love working with local artisans and partners. For us, the true purpose of Domaine Daulone is to be a place that is shared and creates connection.

Living on the estate in an adjoining house, we place great importance on hospitality, presence, and the quality of our relationship with our guests. Our wish is that you find joy in staying here and enjoy a unique experience, as we are always happy to advise and assist you throughout your stay.
